Using the HA-2 with the Sony NWZ-A17

The HA-2 headphone amplifier and DAC is fully compatible with the Sony Walkman NWZ-A17 portable music player.

To enjoy Hi-Res music the way it's intended you will need to purchase the following:

• Sony WMC-NWH10 adapter cable
• USB A male to Micro-USB male cable or adapter.

This cable combination allows you to bypass the Sony Walkman's internal DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) and headphone amplification circuit and take advantage of the OPPO's legendary Sabre 32bit DAC and high quality class A/B amplifier.

Note: The original NWZ-A17 (USB A - WM-Port) cable included with the Sony Walkman NWZ-A17 does not support digital audio output.

Once connected as per the above image simply switch the HA-2 to input B and enjoy Hi-Res music in high fidelity.
