Shipping & returns
OPPO Blu-ray players are only available for purchase through our authorised resellers. However, our accessories are available here. We're all about letting you shop confidently, so we've aimed to make the buying process nice and hassle-free.
Shipping
We deliver anywhere in Australia at a flat rate of $8.90. No matter how big your order is, that price won't change. Here's a guide to our shipping times:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide metro: 2-3 working days
- Perth metro: 4 working days
- Other areas: 5-6 working days
If your order doesn't arrive on time, or it's out of stock, we'll refund the shipping fee. If it arrives to you damaged, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges and refunds
At OPPO we make great products, but anyone can experience a change of heart. If you order from our website and aren't happy for whatever reason, you can return or exchange it. No questions asked! We'll even arrange a free pick-up, and in the case of an exchange, send your replacement out for free too.
For returns, we'll refund your payment to the credit card you used to make the purchase. For exchanges, if the replacement costs more, we'll charge you the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund you the difference.
This offer is valid for 14 days from when your order is delivered, and you'll need to make sure the item is returned in new, saleable condition with all original packaging. Note that our authorised resellers have their own policies which you should familiarise yourself with if making a purchase through them.
Warranty
OPPO products purchased from our website or authorised resellers come with a two year warranty. For details on what's covered, visit our Help Centre.
